There is a great deal of pressure placed on both, professional actors and those just entering the entertainment industry, to achieve success on their own.

Unless you are the producer, director, starring actor and the writer of your own project, you are at the mercy of the agent to submit you, casting to select you, the director and producer to hire you. This is simply impractical to think you can do it all on your own.

One of my personal favourite sayings is...(those who know me will know this one...) "It's not who you know..It's who knows you"
